At this year's Unbound, in both the men's and women's categories, a host of well-respected riders in the gravel community have confirmed their attendance.
In 2006 this event began with a small group of 34 men participating. Today there are already more than 5,000 registered. Runners from all over the world (half of the men and a third of the women registered) want to fight for victory.
In women, the female champions of the last four editions: Carolin Schiff (2023), Sofia Gómez Villafane (2023), Lauren De Crescenzo (2021), and Amity Rockwell (2019) will once again fight for the podium. Sarah Sturm (third last year) will also be on the starting line, although the entire podium from last year (Carolin, Sofia and Sarah) will once again fight for the medal.
We would also like to highlight Alexis Skarda, Axelle Dubau-Prévot, Annabel Fischer (who told us that she is sick, but will try to give her all), Geerike Schreurs, Karo Migón, Morgan Aguirre, Tiffany Cromwell (who comes from a solo victory of almost 15 minutes in the Swartberg 100 of the UCI Gravel World Series).
We leave you here the complete list of the female participants, soon you will have exclusive statements to POLVU.
