INVERSE bets on gravel with BIXS FarˍOut Cycling

The gravel world has a new professional team to watch: BIXS FarˍOut Cycling, made up of Annabel Fisher and Corey Davis, with a special collaborator: INVERSE, responsible for their beautiful kit.

BIXS is a bicycle brand born in the Swiss Alps, with more than 20 years of history. You've probably seen their MTB team at the World Cup, and here we can now discover their gravel side. We love seeing brands that are outside the star system mentality of many fans, but with all the capacity, enthusiasm and quality to undertake interesting projects, such as this BIXS FarˍOut Cycling.

Fisher and Corey form a tandem with a track record and ambition. Fisher, a Briton, was the UK national gravel champion in 2024 and took the Gravel Earth Series title in 2023. She has also racked up victories at events such as La Traka, The Rift, and Octopus Andermatt.

American Corey Davis, meanwhile, comes from a road-racing background, with notable victories at the Sibiu Cycling Tour, Fully Cycling KOM, and Iron Hill USAC, as well as podium finishes in the Haute Route US general classification and the GP Kantons Aargau KOM.

In short: a versatile, powerful, and experienced team, arriving quietly but eager to make a name for themselves. Their main focus: the UCI Championships and the Gravel Earth Series circuit.

“We hope that at these events, Annabel and I can showcase our sponsors, whom we are fortunate to represent. BIXS has big goals and has already established some very interesting partnerships this year,” Corey explains.

Annabel also highlights the role of INVERSE: “It far exceeds our requirements; it’s everything an athlete could wish for.”

And what's next? Regarding the season ahead, Annabel tells us: “I get asked a lot about my goals for 2025… and the answer isn't simple. But, in short, this year my schedule is very varied and I have long-term projects in the works, so I'll have to stay focused. What I can guarantee is that I'll be on every starting line eager to win and I'll do a good job.”

Fisher is a multi-sport athlete: she competes professionally in skiing in the winter, and just this week she finished second in the Titan Desert, taking the victory on the main stage. A result that marks a good starting point for her gravel season.

We also spoke with Corey, who told us: “The next block of competitions, in June and July, will be a big goal for the team. Personally, I'll be focusing primarily on the UCI races here in Europe: first in Poland, then Millau, Luxembourg, Singen, and Octopus.”

Here's the team's official schedule. Changes are possible, but the plan is already looking promising: 23.03.25 – Turnhout Gravel (Turnhout, Belgium), 06.04.25 – Worthersee Gravel (Velden am Wörthersee, Austria), 04.20.25 – Monaco Gravel Race (Monaco), 01-04.05.25 – The Traka (Girona, Spain), 07.06.25 – Gravel Adventure (Szklarska Poręba – Jakuszyce, Poland), 19.06.25 – The Rift (Iceland), 06/28/25 – Gravel Suisse (Villars, Switzerland), 08/23/25 – Monsterrando (Fubine, Italy) – Gravel Earth Series, 05-06.09.25 – Falling Leaves (Finland).

Another element we liked about BIXS FarˍOut Cycling was Tim Troxler, an excellent photographer responsible for the team's image and advertising campaigns. Completing the team are Fridolin Engler, team manager; Patrick Staubitzer, mechanic; and Pascal Weber, performance director and physiotherapist.
