Third round of the Spanish Gravel Cup: Gran Fondo Sierra de Alcaraz

This Saturday, June 7, the Gran Fondo Sierra de Alcaraz will be held, the third round of the Spanish Gravel Cup.

The Onturense Cycling Club, responsible for the organization, has designed a 117-kilometer route with 2,250 meters of elevation gain, which will cross a large part of the Sierra de Alcaraz mountain range in Albacete, passing through Vianos, La Mesta, Catalmerejos, Masegoso, Cilleruelo, and Los Chospes.

Talia Appleton and Brendan Johnston win the UCI Tasmanian Devil's Cardigan

Johnston broke away from runner-up Tasman Nankervis before the halfway point of the 106km course, finishing with a 3 minute, 10 second lead. Nankervis finished second, while Scott Bowden completed the podium. Reigning national champion Mark O'Brien finished fourth, and Sam Fox rounded out the top five.
